Looking to purchase at The Redwoods but have to sell your own property first?....
No problem.... Our Early Bird Reservation scheme is available on selected plots.
You just need to take five basic steps:
- Step 1] Select your preferred house type and plot from the current release.
- Step 2] Our chosen Estate Agents, Woolley & Parks will explain the details of the Early Bird Reservation process to you.
- Step 3] Arrange for our estate agent, Woolley & Parks to value your existing property and agree a realistic price directly with them.
- Step 4] You then reserve your property with a £1000 reservation fee and instruct Woolley & Parks to commence marketing your own property at your agreed price.
- Step 5] Once Woolley & Parks find a buyer for you, we instruct solicitors and proceed to exchange of contracts.
What do we do:
Once you have completed the first 4 steps above, we will guarantee to hold your chosen Plot for an initial period of 6 weeks whilst your existing property is being marketed and sold. *This period can be extended with our agreement.

Q: What happens if a buyer cannot be found in the initial 6 weeks?
A: At the end of the initial 6 week period we discuss the possibility of an extension with you depending upon the build stage of your new home.
Q: What happens if I decide to cancel?
A: If you decide to cancel at the end of the initial 6 week period, your reservation fee will be returned to you, You can choose to continue marketing your home with Woolley & Parks on the same preferential terms or ask them to withdraw it from the market for which there will be no charge. If you cancel within the 6 week period, your reservation fee would be kept by the developer, to cover abortive costs.
Q: I have already had my property on the market for some time. How will you find a buyer within a 6 week period?
A: Our estate agents, Woolley & Parks will market your property to a large number of potential buyers. Our agents, familiar with local market conditions, will value your property at a realistic price, that you agree, to achieve a sale, If for any reason they don’t sell your home, your reservation fee will be returned at the end of the initial 6 week period.
